The document management system (DVS) enables organisations and their members to capture, store, reuse and coordinate all kinds of documents with refer to the specific organisational structure and specific access authorisation. Moreover DVS encompass the possibility to control business information throughout all phases of the document management process (= workflow process). This includes e.g. functions like acknowledging or follow-up the processing status of various documents.
DVS is implemented as a network version. It can be used at a single computer as well as in a network from a team of users.
